The Future of the Clubhouse Project

As you are aware, we are exploring options to address concerns with our current Clubhouse, namely flooding, accessibility for members, and functionality.

We have completed the initial phase to capture 'what we can do' within Local, State & CAFRA regulations and what membership shared 'we want to do' to improve the club's functionality, social areas and accessibility.  An Architectural firm, Ford 3, is under contract for this project.

Last year, all members had the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive survey regarding the use of the club. We also held two town-hall style meetings where members were able to share their thoughts and ideas. There is also a 'suggestion box' & cards located in the lobby. A summary was provided at the August Membership meeting, along with two proposed rendition drawings from Ford 3 based on that feedback. This information can be found below.

This summer, we will continue this conversation during additional focus groups and town hall meetings. We will choose a direction forward based on this information.
